I called Scott on a Tuesday afternoon around 4. He was at my house around 10:00 the next morning (even though he said around noon or 1pm). Just purchased a new (older home) when we started needing the a/c , it worked fine for a couple weeks. Then it quit. He was referred by an old friend who lived in the area. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, replaced a part. He added a little freon and it was back to cooling like it should. He did an outstanding job, was very reasonable and punctual. Scott is your man for your HVAC needs. He came highly recommended by a good friend who had him air balance his home for comfort. I have been struggling with balancing the air flow as well and couldn’t keep the house cool enough in the summer or warm enough in the winter. Scott knocked it out of the park and our home has never felt as good as it does now. He also installed UV lights for our units to help control mildew and help with allergies. Great experience! Scott is a good man, went through each repair with me and explained why it needed to be done and went over my options for each of them. It was a large job, but his crew came in and took care of it in one day. I was referred to Scott by my niece, Kim Dewey, back in 2017 when I needed a complete systems replacement for my rental property in Woodstock, GA. At the time Scott gave me the best system for the best price. It’s been 7 years now and my new tenants complained about the system’s ability to keep up with the Georgia heat. I called Scott and he went out of his way to go to the property within the week and do a thorough check of both systems. He also took the time to explain AC sizing and output to the tenants and follow up with me. He did some minor adjustments and found a leak in the drain pipe that my local maintenance company had not told me about and fixed it before I had further issues. Scott came out this morning, and found that the system was low on R-22 Freon, which has been discontinued. He gave me a really fair price to put in a compatible substitute. Other companies I called would not do this. He checked my whole system and was honest about its age and lifespan . I would definitely recommend using Scott and his company.

Scott’s team addressed a failed attic unit by relocating HVAC to a closet on our second floor. It was a tight fit, but now we have a cool, quiet system.
